About Me

Isabelle’s first introduction to the web back in 1997 was a true revelation: this thing called Yahoo! could provide answers to everything. She instantly became a web advocate, developing websites with Notepad and Flash 4.0 (and yes, the web is still full of them – case in point http://bit.ly/bo0sUY).

After her master’s degree in art & communications she started to work in Parisian agency, Duke, as a junior project manager for major brands such as McDonald’s. Later, Isabelle moved to Montreal to get a feel for the North-American “can-do” attitude. There she completed another master’s degree in advertising and rapidly climbed the ranks within Montreal-based agency CloudRaker to the role of director of strategy. Along the way, she managed to have a little fun too.

Isabelle has developed digital and integrated campaign for creative agencies including SID LEE, Publicis, DLKWLowe, Fred&Farid, Strawberry Frog NYC and Amsterdam Worldwide. She is very well experienced in working long distance with team and clients from Toronto, New York, London, Amsterdam and Paris.

Isabelle loves to be involved with multi-disciplinary teams where the magic happens on post-its and chalkboards. She thrives on innovation, unique experiences and ideas that contribute to change the world of communication by better connecting people and companies.

  1. I am a final year student in Communication Sciences at Ghent University in Belgium and am writing my thesis on the subject of democratisation of luxury fashion brands. I am particularly interested in learning how they have adapted their communication strategies to meet a new customer target.
Luxury brands, more specifically high fashion luxury brands, have emerged into online branding, though preserving the offline branding techniques. Innovative brands such as Burberry are a subject of study because they integrate luxury and social media, such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.. and in that way create a new experience of luxury,
which is why I chose Burberry as a case study for my thesis work.

In order to give me a little more insights, I would like to forward you some questions regarding the digitalisation of Luxury fashion brands and more specifically Burberry.

Thank you for your help and hope hearing from you soon.
